Eligibility and qualification to become a Radiologist:  

The basic eligibility of candidates to pursue a career in radiology in India is to complete their 10+2 with a specialization in Biology, chemistry, and Physics in the science stream during their HSC. Next, you will have to appear for a medical entrance exam and obtain a certain score to get into a suitable college to train you.

How to become a Radiologist in India? 

To begin your career as a radiologist, you need to obtain a bachelor’s degree in medical science. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from a medical school, you will be awarded with a degree of M.O. or D.O. Now, you are eligible to apply for your medical license and will be titled as a physician.

A physician is required to conclude four years of their radiology residency in order to become a certified radiologist.
