Job description:People Advisor SpecialistJob Summary:The Human Resources People Advisor – SPL will provide integrated Human Resources services to employees traveling to GCP in Rest of the World (ROW) Countries. (on an average approximately 50 travelers per month) The role will require ensuring a smooth HR Delivery of the GCP processes end to end while meeting the SLAs and service delivery timelines. This involves dealing with business leads of the projects and the employees, building a rapport with different stakeholders such as HR POCs, PMSD, Finance, Compensation, GCP Operations etc. in order to ensure a smooth transition of employees from India to the host country.
