Job Description Profiling Clients & suggesting financial products (Equity) to meet customer needs as per their risk appetite. Responsible for activation of trading account of clients, assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand the dynamics of market. Placing orders on behalf of clients based on Clients request. Update client for order and trade on recorded line after / during market hours. Achieving the business target assigned in terms of generating revenue, acquiring minimum 2 new accounts, enhancing & upgrading the client relationship. Maintain 0 PERCENT dealing error. Maintain daily clients activity Ensuring the highest level of service to the clients. Ensure resolution of client queries within TAT. Activate dormant clients. Ensure regular client meetings. Responsible for cross selling products like Mutual Fund, SIPs, IPOs, and other Sharekhan products to the existing set of customers. Follow guidelines of Compliance and Risk management.
