Service Engineer- Essential Job Functions As a Service Engineer supporting the support Engine Control Systems (ECS) Service Engineering (SE) projects related to internal/external customer requests. This includes repair data analysis, supporting product investigation tasks, answering technical customer inquiries, document technical reviews. Knowledge in component maintenance manuals and service bulletins. You will be responsible to create QuEST standard work and document the process as is being created by QuEST. The role of this service engineer will require the candidate to be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, be team oriented, and have excellent data management skills; and be able to quickly learn Aerospace Engineering terminology and Service Engineering support. As part of a QuEST team the candidate will use a combination of fellow team mate and individual skill to provide excellent service to the customers to meet strict deadlines. Qualifications AS degree or equivalent experience.
