Rely Services is a leading global Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) firm serving the Financial Services, Legal, High-Tech, Manufacturing and Healthcare industries. We're experiencing rapid growth, and looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team! *This is a part-time position with potential to grow into full time. It pays an hourly rate of $15 and is eligible for commission. As the Business Development Representative your role is instrumental in helping us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by contacting new business leads, using your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships and explain our value proposition to potential customers. You'll be responsible for gathering information during the discovery process and scheduling meetings for the SVP of Sales & Marketing, while ensuring a smooth sales process. To be successful in this role, you'll leverage your deep experience making outbound calls to generate or qualify sales leads, set appointments, and ability to move the sales process to the next steps. Responsibilities Contact, qualify and follow up on potential clients through cold calls, emails and appropriate social channels Identify client needs and effectively communicate Rely's service solutions and value proposition to customers Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to develop our lead generation strategy Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Schedule meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and SVP Provide accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity report to leadership Stay up-to-date with new services and new pricing plans Qualifications Intellectually curious, hardworking, self-starting, customer-focused 2 years experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation or appointment setting in a services (not product) company. Consistent track record of achieving quotas Strong communication & negotiation skills, business acumen and leadership qualities Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, CallTools or other CRM or Dialer platforms and related software Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization The Perks Flexible schedule Health insurance premium reimbursement Paid time off Professional development assistance *some benefits require full time status to be eligible Rely Services is an EOE.
