Job Description +! Employees supports the P&O Services Hire to Retire organization various NGSCs locations across the globe! This role is a rare opportunity in the Learning and Development area enabling you to own the E2E (end to end) L&D processes from training design, facilitation, quality framework, continuous improvement, marketing to individual and team key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Ensure the implementation of the Learning and capability building strategic goals within a dedicated client group.• Create and maintain processes that support the learning E2E process by implementing key learning processes and initiatives independently and in collaboration with your colleagues aimed at building organizational capability. • Own and support the implementation of LMS (learning management systems like UP4Growth) for the organization.• Manage independently program logistics of . Learning and Capability building programs including training design, coordination, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement• Provide relevant and accurate reports on training effectiveness and present key learning data to supervisor in order to provide advice, support, improvement ideas and digitalized solutions proactively based on the data analysis and evaluation.• Establish and manage relationships and expectations with internal key stakeholders and Leadership team. Minimum requirements What you’ll bring to the role:• 10+ years of experience in SSC environment, organizational change experience, project management, or strategic planning.• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, curriculums, Facilitator Led sessions and in coaching & consulting.• Strong facilitation and “stand-up” training skills for effectively delivering content to a diverse, professional audience.• Effective interpersonal, influencing, collaboration and listening skills and drive for results individually and in a team setting.• Strong customer oriented mentality and proficient English (oral and written).
