You will manage teams, and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes. What youll need Technology Experience Possess a strong, balance mix of experience and expertise working with Enterprise Business Applications (., ERP, HCM, CRM, SCM) and the associated value streams such as Record-to Report, Hire-to-Retire, Source-to-Pay, Prospect-to-Customer, Order-to-Cash, and Plan-to-Produce. Broad knowledge of the Enterprise Business Application software vendors and service providers (., system integrators, application service providers). Knowledge of leading-edge and emerging technologies that drive application design and development such as low code / no code platform, software and platform as a service extension, continuous availability, robotic process automation, chatbots, integration platforms, and mesh application and service architecture. Experience with application/software development lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, deployment), including agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies Deep understand of at least one major ERP cloud offering (., Infor CloudSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Workday). Subject matter expertise in enterprise business application strategy, selection, readiness, deployment, implementation, oversight, and management (governance, risk), to advise clients making major investment decisions . Consulting Experience Application and solution consulting experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity. Experience applying project management best practices in the management of projects/engagements. A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial and/or government entities. Comfort selling to, influencing, and building trust-based, value-added relationships with clients is desired. An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously. Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred. An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems. Must adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to strike at the heart of a clients most pressing business challenges. Excellence in written and verbal communications. Ability to interact comfortably at the CxO suite audience, equipped to lead and influence business stakeholders conversations, and to effectively articulate the outputs. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
