Job Description JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) is a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2 trillion and operations in more than 60 countries. WKO Data Analytics & Operations team is part of JPMorgan’s Wholesale KYC Operations. The successful candidate has strong processing and analytical skills; the ability to work independently and is adaptable to change. In addition, the candidate needs to demonstrate banking and KYC knowledge, the ability to exercise sound judgment and to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information received during their responsibilities. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with advanced problem solving and communication skill. Responsibilities: Review and interpret complex data to analyze patterns and trends in the data sets Hands-on experience on data analytics tools like Alteryx and Tableau Engage and collaborate with Stakeholders to understand user requirements and deliver as per expectation leveraging data analytic tools like Alteryx, Tableau, IDQ, Signavio, Visio, etc. Leveraging tools like Alteryx and Tableau to automate activities leading to efficiency and better controls Ensure any data sync /translation logic rule exceptions are reported and tracked (via IDQ) Successful candidate should have strong processing and analytical skills; the ability to work independently and adaptable to change Must have ability to multi-task and work in fast paced/time sensitive environment to support a team Gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with enough comprehension of the business to understand risk implications Fully document all the process flows, SOPs, Track and update changes and analyse changes in a timely manner and consistence with Firm’s standards Perform sample review of processed volumes to ensure qualitative deliverables and identify process gaps, if any Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement Assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations In conjunction with manager and consistent with overall department objectives, establish and execute on annual development goals Participate in special projects, quality improvement initiatives and other similar exercises as per requirement Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Graduate Degree 5 to 8 years’ experience in Banking or related position Experience in project management and familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus Working knowledge of JIRA, SQL and data analytics tools like Alteryx and Tableau Alteryx Core certified professional with experience in delivering projects Self-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision Ability to document with attention to detail and troubleshoot errors Adept to multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment Results oriented team player Strong problem-solving ability Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop well-reasoned recommendations Adherence to controls and standards Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Excellent communication and presentations skills Intermediate/Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes Familiarity with the firm's internal systems and processes or similar processes at other institutions Must be flexible to work in any shift including overtime, holidays, and weekend release testing as required
