Be the primary HR point of contact for all MAKERS in the APAC region Collaborate with hiring managers and talent partners to ensure attainment of headcount growth plans Consult with local managers on people matters that require knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation across multiple geographies, including performance management cases Develop and leverage people metrics to provide proactive, actionable and impactful talent insights that improve organizational effectiveness and health Build and implement programming that develops managerial capability and positively impacts culture and team morale Participate in developing and implementing people processes that shape the employee life cycle and are efficient, scalable and compliant developing, coordinating and executing employee experience and engagement activities including new hire orientations, general questions, benefits and more for APAC region Colloborate with APAC benefits broker to review offerings are competitive and support the annual renewal process What You Bring 6 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience with advancing responsibility Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and executing on talent strategy Experience supporting APAC, specifically Oceania highly desirable Experience supporting employee relations matters, as well as the implementation of culture building programs Experience with benefits Ability to influence and excel in the delivery of both strategic and operational human resources support Dynamic and disciplined thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a mark in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Natural leader and engaged team player with strong interpersonal capabilities; ability to maintain a positive culture Exceptional communication and organizational skills at all levels, ability to advocate and obtain necessary buy-in for programs, and set-up scalable processes/programs.
