DESCRIPTIONAmazon is seeking a CREATIVE DIRECTOR Writer with 12+ years of experience to be part of our brand, content and marketing design teams for Amazon India marketplace as part of our advertising and creative services agency, you a hands-on Creative Director, a combination of creative doer, a conceptual powerhouse and team leader? If you've gained your experience in advertising with strong brand thinking and looking to try something new in one of India's fastest growing brands, this is your RESPONSIBILITY- Lead and nurture a team within Amazon's internal agency to deliver creative breakthrough campaigns, content, and user experiences.- Evolve a culture that enables world-class creative development.- Dedication to craft from idea to execution.- Demonstrated experience managing creative processes through external ad agencies, internal teams and freelancers.- Forge cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop ad strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions.- Lead creative development for key initiatives across channels- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.- Strong ability to sell concepts to senior and executive level internal and external stakeholders- Deep understanding of digital, new media, and QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with a world-class advertising agency, digital agency or internal corporate agency.- 12+ years of relevant professional experience driving compelling brand creative strategy and execution.- 4+ years of directly managing members of creative teams, helping them bring concepts to life, iterating and refining them and shaping future leaders- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional QUALIFICATIONS- Unwavering dedication to craft from idea to strong bias for action in a fast-paced, metric driven environment.- Demonstrated experience inspiring and shaping creative team.- Self-motivated team player- The ability to influence others to set and deadlines.- Deep understanding of digital, new media, and social.- Desire for innovation, balanced with business and user interaction priorities.- Demonstrated experience managing creative processes through external ad agencies, internal teams and freelancers.- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
