Primary Purpose:• Business Support – Provide functional application support to business teams, using technical and business knowledge along with process expertise to achieve desired outcomes• Analysis & Solution Design - To evaluate business needs and contribute to the design and development of the business solution• Process Improvement - Review business process and propose improvements that are based on efficiency and productivity• Project & Change Management - Assist in facilitating change across the business effectively.
