Responsibilities Formulate business strategies to scale up GBA customer base and deepen customer relationship Ensure effective implementation of all GBA business initiatives by coordinating cross-function internal and external stakeholders Identify business opportunities and transform data insights into actionable initiatives through analysis of internal database and market and competitor development Accountabilities Implement GBA business strategy for CBG and manage delivery of related business targets Develop financials and review assumptions for business forecasting and budget planning; Define success metrics and monitor results with Data Driven Operating Model Build value propositions targeting GBA customers with offshore wealth management needs in HK Develop and implement GBA customer acquisition strategies through GBA Wealth Management Connect and any other channels Formulate customer engagement plan to drive portfolio growth and product cross-sell of GBA customers; Design relevant engagement journeys and customer communication for relationship deepening Coordinate with product teams, distributions, digital team and COO office to build seamless sales and servicing model for GBA customers Coordinate cross channel and cross function plans to ensure GBA business initiatives are implemented effectively Use data analysis, summarize findings and develop recommendations for management decision related to GBA business strategy Manage and scrutinize marketing expenses to ensure cost efficiency and well-planned budgeting Establish effective relationship and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders Ensure operations, workflows and processes are effective, in compliance with internal and external guidelines or regulations Requirements Degree holder in business administration, finance, marketing or other related studies Sound knowledge in Consumer Banking and Wealth Management business Strong quantitative and analytical skills Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong commitment to excellent execution Strategic thinker with strong customer centric and innovation mindset Sound stakeholder management, organizing and problem-solving skills Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinses; Fluency in Mandarin is required Speaking native Mandarin or/and with working experience in Mainland China would be an advantage Conversant with PC application including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
