Principal Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates from job boards, social media platforms pools of candidates ready for delivery on future candidates through the Recruitment Process to ensure a high fill rate and low drop rate. Requirements: Strong experience in relocating candidates from one country to another, preferably from western countries to the potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and GithubParse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumesGood experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, how to conduct searches, use the function of the project, write effective knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search) Good Boolean searching skills. Soft Skills: Good telephone interviewing skills Very good written and verbal high level of attention to detail A high degree of attention to detail
