Role description Position Title: Branch Training Manager Department : DepartmentAgency Sales Training / Distribution Training Level/ Band : 201/ 251 – Assistant Manager / Manager Role Summary: Conducts training as per the defined levels by the assigned channel. manages and develops BAM/BM/Leader/Agents and executes training schedules for the assigned To : Cluster Training Manager/ Training ManagerSupervises: Indirect: IRDA Training Institutes in the zone Qualification: Essential : Graduate Desired : MBA / PG Experience: Essential : 6-10 years Desired :3 to 4 years of Training/Sales experience in Financial / Insurance sector desirable Job Dimensions Stakeholders Internal: Agency Managers ,Branch Managers, Leader & Agents Stakeholders External: External IRDA Training Institutes , Suppliers Key Result Areas: Critical Responsibilities: • Training as per assigned Channel •Agency•BAM/BM•PBA & BA•New License Agent/Premier Agent/Advisor•Manage the local training resources, training & Choreography schedule Primary Responsibilities: •Delivering Induction Training and development workshop for New agents, New Generation premier Agents and existing Premier Agents to build their capabilities in selling skills to make them capable to prospect, Take new appointments, open new calls and close the call by handling objections.•Delivering IRDA refresher Training with minimum 90% Pass% •To announce monthly training & Choreography schedules by the 1st of every month •Execute/Support in branch Choreography(Morning huddle/Graduation day/Monthly training etc) •To ensure training records are maintained and updated regularly.
