Job Summary As the CX Product Ownerfor NetApp's Active IQ, you will be responsible for delivering exemplary customer journeys for our user community to drive business outcomes across the product lifecycle. Working with the Active IQ tribes and NetApp customer experience office you will bring CX thought leadership and digitalization experience to the team. You will work with multiple product managers and product owners across tribes and squads to make Active IQ a CX leader in the industry. You will bring the discipline, skills, mindset, experience, and expertise to deliver a world-class CX that delights our customers. Job Requirements Ownand ensure design consistency and standards across multiple workflows spanning multiple squads/tribes in an agile setting Develop customer journey maps Lead design thinking sessions with users Seek& leverageearlycustomerfeedback &testing to continuously review& design workflows that align with the user and business needs Translateproduct roadmap features into well-definedrequirements and user stories Prioritizeand maintainthe backlogof customer experience requirements, balancing the requirements ofmultiplestakeholders. Focuson strategic innovation that improves the customer experienceand offernew capabilities that solve customer problems and drivespositive business outcomes Continuously engagewithusers and stakeholders to develop the optimal customer experience Leadthecustomer experiencedesign process based on an intimate knowledge ofuser needsand technologyenablers Workwith the Active IQ squad/tribe/product owners/tech leads in an agile setting to deliver customer experience deliverables Conductregular userinterviewsand competittiveanalysis to identify opportunitiesfor improvement and alleviate pain points users may be seeing Develop industry leadershipin customer experience Partnerwith the customer experience officeto share best practices and develop CX product owner capabilities across NetApp Education and Experience Masters Degree in Human Factors or User Experience Design or a related discipline At least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a similar function Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other agile tools Experience in the storage or data management domain desired Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Experience guiding UX designers Why NetApp?
