Title : Sales- Business Development Executive/Asst. Manager/ManagerLocation: Navi Mumbai/ Noida/ LudhianaSalary Range –25K- 50k Job Profile :Identify and locate new business clients ;Meeting the prospective clients and developing businessesRegularly meeting the existing clients and advancing businessDaily (DSR) reporting to managementMaximise cross-selling to the customer basePreparing sales and marketing plans for active and potential effective customer relationshipElicit client feedback and improve the customer serviceJob description : A Business Development Executive primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales Business Development Executive prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly Business Development Executive must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy Business Development Executive may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to Business Development Executive should coordinate with Operations Team for Imports, exports , Clearance , Transportation and warehouse Department and do the operations works for Customer in collection, follow-up for timely payment, and payment realisation will be part of this jobHandling customers for Imports, Exports, Transportation and Warehousing ShipmentsHandling Company key accounts from quotation, negotiation, routing, booking, updation till satisfactory delivery of cargo to - ordination with customer service and documentation department/ desk to get the job done in time and satisfaction of the customers to give smooth service, looking forward with effective job from subordinates. Monitoring exclusively day to day activitiesPrepare MOM for Weekly Sales Company key accounts from quotation, negotiation, routing, booking, updation till satisfactory delivery of cargo to - ordination with customer service and documentation department/ desk to get the job done in time and satisfaction of the customers to give smooth service, looking forward with effective job from subordinates. Key Qualifications : Graduate or MBA preferred. Minimum of 2 -5 years' experience within a freight forwarding company Sales / Marketing experience required. Process excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Computer skills – MS office , Excel & PP.
