We are looking to add a new member to our team to assist in the accounting and analysis of Fixed Assets and Inventory. This individual will be responsible for scheduling and validating end of month reports, processing daily Fixed Assets transactions, maintaining Fixed Assets schedules and monitoring certain Fixed Assets processes during the Accountant job duties:Schedule and validate end of month reports from the FA subledgerPerforming weekly activities including asset additions, transfers and disposalsAssist with ad hoc projects and requestsPopulate monthly asset base filePopulate monthly FA subledger data in rollforwardsMaintain rollforward formulas and presentationGlobal additions & adjustments reviewProcess daily was-is requestsMonitor was/is, subassembly, and unreceived PO disposals throughout monthUpload impairment batch files to OracleMaintain intercompany transfer schedule throughout the monthMonthly Item Master ReviewOccasional work beyond a standard 8-hour day during the financial close and other occasions as necessary, potentially including weekends and Candidate will have the following:Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and growing environment that requires participation in multiple projects at one time. Good working knowledge and understanding of accounting processes and required documentation Intermediate to Advance experience with and experience in working with Subledger and General Ledger systems, Oracle a Knowledge of time management, communication, decision-making, analytical and organizational skills.
