Roles & Responsibility Overall Project coordination. Customer communication related to multiple projects. Work in close coordination with PM and support in all the complete project execution. Maintaining dashboard on all the projects. Coordinate with all the internal departments to keep a check on timelines and milestones. Internal communication. Maintain all the documentation .t multiple projects. Conduct weekly update meetings/ Project review meetings. Through knowledge of project Management tools is essential. Project costing for all projects. Maintain P&L statements of all the projects. Gather marketing intelligence from variety of sources like Tender portals, Market surveys, seminars and expositions. Assisting Sales in making Tenders/ Proposals with complete documentation. Desired Skills Business / Technical analyst skills and experience. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Project Management and analytic tools such as complex Excel pivot tables, PowerBI. PMP certification. CSM certification is a plus.
