About the role:
• Responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.
• Responsible for thinking big to identify experiments and new product ideas to encourage customers to work closely with product technology team.

• Find out opportunities in Agile process, enhance consumer experience and streamlining practices and project management across Product technology.
Area of Accountability:
Strategy
• Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience
• get buy-in for vision and journey to transform delivery capability across teams, focusing on highest value items.
• Help squads to develop MVP and experimentation culture in delivery.
• Provide vision, roadmap and strategy for Agile / New Ways of Working across IT and related business teams.

• Teams demonstrably using MVP and experimentation, with hypotheses in delivery, where appropriate.

Frameworks and Artefacts
• Drive the execution of the product plan, working closely with the product team across all functions. You are the product owner for these services
• Drive project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across the different services and teams required for the solution
• Provision of artefacts for value measurement, lean tools, delivery of value and adopt best practices for regular ceremonies across teams.
Help Build Knowledge Capability
• Guide and build strategy for knowledge and skills capability across teams.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for team members and executives
• Skills strategy and radar for capability building across teams and individuals, initially across Merchandise and Supply Chain areas, then expand across IT.

• Build and promote a culture of champions across technology and the business to assist in development of self-sustaining teams.
• Drive and build capability to share and collaborate across teams and Brands.
