You will play a pivotal role of building and driving initiatives & responsible to achieve sales target, team management, channel management, P&L management etc. This role will also require you to managing internal and external stakeholders related to the Australia business and also asks for significant experience across the Big Data Analytics spectrum. Responsibility Lead the sales initiative across multiple client engagements helping to achieve targets for Big Data & Analytics solutions Successful track record exceeding revenue and share goals consistently. Good background in selling Big Data & Analytics solutions and/ or selling tech solutions into Manufacturing, Government, Retail, Oil & Gas & BFSI industry for Australia market. Responsible for achieving the sales target/improving the profitability, channel management, managing various stake holders (internal & external) for NECAU Responsible for creating and managing profit and loss statements for product portfolio and regularly sharing the updates related to the same with desired stakeholders Establish the right sales processes & foundations for sustained revenue growth Work in collaboration with Big Data COE team members to achieve target set Define new business model, conceptualize, productize to generate revenue Managing & Building the Partner ecosystem to drive Solution Sales in the market Create visibility and work for expansion Big Data & Analytics Solution portfolio and customer base Responsible for managing business teams (Sales, Presales/solutions and Marketing) to achieve the sales targets for the territory Develop & execute sales plan to achieve revenue and growth goals for the region Responsible for customer satisfaction Qualification Bachelor in Computer Science and MBA in Marketing/ International business Minimum 10 years work experience in selling Big Data/ EDW or Analytics Solutions High level understanding of multiple business domains Should be aware of latest trend offerings in Data Management, Business Intelligence & strong background in Big Data & Analytics Sales Experience in selling Hortonworks/Cloudera/AWS/Azure is strongly desirable Experience in contract negotiation and managing partners Strong customer service focus - Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complicated issues in a simple and accurate manner Professional and strong presentation skills Spearheading the responsibility of growing Big Data and Analytics practice for various verticals revenue, brand building, thought leadership & GTM
