- CFA Management at Regional Level - Material planning, tracking and follow up for all products in conjunction, Manage and monitor gift items. Ensure location transfer of stocks at the CFA as per approval. Responsible for appointment and termination of C&F, as per corporate guidelines provided by Finance / Commercial. Appointment & Management of CFA Or Warehouse finalization as per company Standards, Implementation, Quality and Customer Service. Secondary distribution management Periodic visits to ascertain local costs vs current, vendor management. Budgeting supply chain cost for various cost heads and allocating for the financial year in co-ordination with Commercial Manager. Management of mother warehouses in the region and material despatch planning thereon. Appointment & Management of CFA/ Warehouse finalization, as per company standards implementation for Quality and Customer Service. Secondary distribution management (quotations, vendor management, Cost efficiency) Budgeting supply chain cost for various cost heads and allocating for the financial year. Administration of the CFAs in the region including arranging for and doing appraisals, this would also include the aspect of lease and CFA agreements, as also insurance requirements. Managing logistics process implementation & setting up process adherence norms at depots with focus on cost and service level. Identifying and re-negotiating regional transport vendors thru CFA to build and sustain culture of "Quality and Cost Optimization" in CFA operations. Co-ordinate with Legal and Finance dept for Agreements / Contracts, Vendor Payments. Interaction with HO Teams & Plant Logistics for Indent Planning and despatches . Monthly Secondary Cost Tracking & Reporting. Providing MIS to RSM on Depot Inventory Holding, Slow & Non Moving stocks. Collection Status, Cheque availability. Sharing weekly production Or despatch indents from Plant. Ensure smooth coordination between Regional Sales Team, Plant Production, Logistics and CFAs. Interact With Key Stockists To Ascertain Service Level Feedbacks. Constantly striving to improve the over all supply chain process. Designing MIS at Regional Level, defining for depot operations. Co-ordinating with sales team on key accounts & B2B customers and arranging deliveries as per PO, arranging Acknowledgements to HO Finance for Collection follow-ups, Reverse handling of Stocks / Returns management. Required Candidate profile Candidate must be from leading FMCG Co. Only. Handling Regional / Zonal Logistics Operations.
