About the Job
Role& Responsibilites:- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

  • Represent the full spectrum of Human Resources function to the business and act as the single point of contact for all their needs
  • Work with other HR sub functions like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Service Delivery, International HR etc. to evaluate proposed HR programs for viability
  • Proactively study existing HR policies and processes and suggest changes which will help position HR function as a strategic partner with the business
  • Coach senior managers and leaders on people issues. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretations
  • Collaborate with other teams and managers which will help the Company acquire, identify and groom future leaders from within
  • Close interaction with the industry to identify the best practices and implement the same for the Company
  • Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies

    Qualifications:- MBA or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development,
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT services Industry, sales & marketing, Airlines or Aviation Industry
