Responsibilities :
– Be very well presentable during client meeting

– Should be Target Oriented and work on Fix salary+ incentive mechanism on target achievements

– Yearly target of 60L+ should have been achieved earlier with IT solutions selling

– Should be able to do Lead Generation to Sales Pitch to Client meetings to Negotiations and Deal closure individually

– Responsible for Payment recovery from clients

– Should be able to execute different proactive strategies for lead generation and nurturing via calls / field visits / meetings

– Should possess excellent negotiation skills

– BFSI clients network will be an added advantage

– Prepare Sales Travel Plan and budgets

– Should have experience in attending exhibitions / summit to represent the company and generate quality leads for our solutions

– Should be Proactive and show Enthusiasm to close deals

– Consistently perform and achieve targets every quarter

– Using sales assist tools for updating daily activities as per company policies

– Will be reporting to Sales Head

– Competitor analysis to make our solution pitch strong

– Prepare proposal documents / scope of work based on the client requirement / as per the instructions shared by the business team.

– Excellent command over English
