Assistant Manager – Order Management

Responsibilities
includes:- This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication

  • Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, SCM etc.)
  • Stay in sync with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations and standard methodologies
  • Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding important metric targets
  • Responsible for developing/managing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation
  • Sales Order, Purchase Order creation in SAP
  • Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material
  • Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues
  • Proactive planning and completion of task assigned within defined TAT and great quality
  • Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
  • Train and upgrade Junior resources
  • Dashboard preparation and reporting to Customers
  • Capturing all exceptions
  • Lead the team and own Process and its important metric end to end with full accountability
    Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications - SAP hands on working experience
  • MS - Office (Excel, Word)
  • Flexibility to any shift
  • Strong E-mail and Customer call handling etiquettes
  • Strong Oral and written Communication skills
  • Manufacturing industry exposure/experience
    Preferred qualifications- People Management
  • Project Management
