Job Description

Plans/manages customer programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Travel Needs to customer location: * Multiple times / close working with customer by being at customer location
Qualifications

ME/MS/M Tech degree in computer science or electrical/computer engineering 5 years of proven technical experience in engineering HW & SW program management Experience in leading and running cross-site cross-group forums Strong communications and collaboration skills Prefer One or more certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) Familiarity with Execution processes and quality metrics Successful candidates will exhibit various attributes which will enhance their ability to succeed in this position. Collaboration- An ability to collaborate effectively with internal & external customers is a core competency to have. Customer Focus- Focus on delivering customer value and being able to directly tie engineering decisions and actions to that value. Evangelize with field, and drive customer adoption Drive For Results- Being able to drive for results (Not merely finding the problem, but to drive a solution till final conclusion Technical Excellence- Need to have a passion for technology, a curiosity to 'go deep', and an ability to quickly learn and build upon past experiences Real day-to-day customer-facing experience and customer empathy Executive presence and business acumen to win the hearts and minds of technical and business leaders Ability to generate trust, build alliances across the organization, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of engineering, and customers
