Primary Purpose:
• Leadership - Undertake technical leadership, line management and mentoring team members within the team and outside of the team
• Design – Produce or oversee functional and technical designs that address business requirements and consider environmental constraints
• Develop and Support – Lead delivery and support of software solutions that meet business needs, align with architectural principles and meet quality expectations
• Development Practices – Drive the use of agile practices through the team and the continuous evolution of development practices within Kmart
• Technical Expertise – Act of a technology thought leader, driving technology practices across the team and Kmart IT more broadly
