Manager/Assistant Manager – Store Sales

Responsibilities :

1. Driving Sales :
a. Drive retail sales at the store level.

b. Developing business strategies to raise our customers- pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

c. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.

d. Train and Motivate staff to do Cross, Up and Link Selling of products.

2. Customer Service :

a. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

b. Practice and train staff on the service models by creating welcoming, inspiring, and personalized experiences with all guests.

c. Create an amazing experience for all clients with exemplary custom service.

3. Product Knowledge :
a. Offer extensive beauty and cosmetic information to staff and train them to advise better.

4. Marketing Promotion :

a. Liaising with the marketing team to initiate activities at store for increasing the footfalls at retail store.

b. Liaising with mall management for any promotional events or activities at the store.

5. Reporting :

a. Prepare reports on returned and / or damaged beauty products.

b. Working on daily sales report, cash & card report, petty cash reports.

c. Competition Analysis.

6. Inventory Management :

a. Maintaining optimum stock : Ordering by setting & changing norms for all brands.

b. Create effective displays to sell seasonal and promotional beauty products.

c. Implementation of Visual Merchandising & Promotional collaterals as per plan
