Candidate Requirement: Leadership traits. Result Driven-Ensuring his team is delivering desired results. Key Requirements: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Prior experience in channel sales, dealer development and managing and leading a team. Strong project management and coordination skills. Key Roles: Achieve periodic (monthly / quarterly/ annual) revenue targets . Create the monthly/quarterly/annual business planÂ across productsÂ and sales action planÂ for the regionÂ working closely with zonal/partner solutions head and business heads. Ensure delivery of assigned targets across products. Build,Â train, manageÂ andÂ lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions. Ensure beat plan is prepared/executed as per dealer mapping, territory assigned. Develop and maintain the partnership network with key stakeholders in theÂ regionÂ - especially dealer network and regional OEM offices. Take decisions onÂ productÂ level pricing decisions for customized solutions. Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions cutting across multiple product lines. Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans. Drive launch ofÂ new products within the region. Identify BTL needs of his region and Liaison with the marketing team to execute the plan. Liaison with different businesses across the company to ensure that the service delivery to the Dealers happens satisfactorily.
