We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst . Principal responsibilities Work with internal customers to define and prioritise business problems and opportunities, exploring and scoping possible solutions to these problems and enabling transformational business change in order to create value. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Requirements Provide detailed requirements and background on existing processes to the project team. Provide analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements, assist business to identify system bug/risk, provide business analysis in systems for new and existing clients. Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the implementation team through which requirements flow. Transfer the system knowledge to support team and operation user, design operation flows and prepare operation guidance, provide consultancy to local operation teams.
