Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PMJob Overview:Working within the Analytics CPW team at CMI the candidate will work closely with the Marketing Effectiveness lead to support the development of a world class analytics capability related to all marketing activity is looking to better harness it’s marketing and performance data (with heavy focus on digital data) through data driven Insights and Reporting and to drive marketing optimization throughout the consumer with the wider analytics team and external suppliers and media agencies, the candidate will develop innovative measurement and simulation solutions that empower marketing and brand teams to confidently know when, where, and how much to invest and how to measure and optimize that investmentJob Responsibilities:100% of Time Responsibilities- Stakeholder management – work with CPW and wider Nestle and GMI analytics teams- Rollout the marketing performance reporting / dashboards- Develop and rollout our Digital measurement frameworks across key markets and Brands- Work with 3rd party suppliers to create a more ‘holistic’ approach to measuring marketing and advertising effectiveness moving away from heavy reliance on MMM- Gain expertise in using the in-house tools - Drive adoption and accountability across markets and Brands to use the measurement and optimization tools - Work closely with Google, Facebook, Snap, Tik Tok and others to ensure clarity on KPIs and identify metrics that matter- Drive increased digital analytics awareness within the team - Provide the “story” not just the data- Independent & End to End project management Reporting on marketing KPIs like conversion rates - Monitor creative effectiveness for different channels working with the research and experimentation team- Work closely with the Insights team to understand the business needs that marketing analytics could help solve forDesired Profile:Education:Minimum Degree Requirements: Masters Preferred Major Area of Study: MarketingExperience:Minimum years of related experience required: 3-4 years – marketing and digital analytics experience in a marketing environment. FMCG experience a plus but not compulsoryPreferred years of related experience: 4+ years marketing and digital analytics experienceSpecific Job Experience or Skills Needed:- Understanding of Media Plans- Experience of delivering Measurement Frameworks- Solid understanding of the different measurement approaches to marketing effectiveness: like MMM and digital attribution - Working knowledge of Google Analytics (360 a plus) - Knowledge of the different paid Social, Search and Display platforms.
