The project Manager shall co-ordinate with the Clients, contractors and vendors to facilitate the smooth and timely execution of the the Management on the need for and make recommendations for the appointment of other the performance of workers, technical site supervisor and contractors in the performance of their appropriate channels of communication between members of the project and maintain a master development programme from detailed design to completion to record principal activities and identify critical that applications for statutory consents, government grants etc. are submitted in accordance with the master and Review BoQ, Monitor procurement and ensure that it is in line with the specifications and cost estimatesMonitor the Cost and ensure adherence to budgeted on commissioning implications and of alternative designs and coordination with Production Manager and Site Supervisor, arrange for the preparation and maintenance of cash flow forecasts and statement for monitoring project adequate supervision in accordance with requirement and undertake regular site for planning, implementation and supervising to complete a project as per contract, specifications and drawings in given budget and , mentor and train the team and present weekly reports to the senior management on the progress of the meetings of team members to solve their queries and give feedback on their Budgeting, Costing and MonitoringEstimating and Management of ResourcesResponsible for assuring productivity, Quality, cost and safety of the entire for assigning work and supervising staffAgreeing project objectives representing the client's or organization's interestsProviding advice on the management of projectsOrganizing the various professional people working on a projectCarrying out risk assessmentMaking sure that all the aims of the project are met in sure the quality standards are metKeep track of team performance and progressMonitoring subcontractors to ensure guidelines are maintainedAct as a Problem Solver on Construction ProjectGive Technical Assistance on all trades Civil, Architectural, Interiors & MEP to Team related to Type of in Project Sequencing depending upon Type of ProjectShould be technically working on all basics of to develop budgets and proposals for approval with the owners, and skills to negotiate architectural and design contracts and revenue opportunities with hotel franchises/ with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the projectNegotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreementsObtain permits and licenses from appropriate authoritiesDetermine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitationsPlan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be metAcquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequaciesHire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilitiesSupervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when neededEvaluate progress and prepare detailed reportsEnsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
