Job Description Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are technical in nature. U. S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the content for polices, employee benefits handbook, performance management, succession planning and talent management, new hire integration and onboarding, culture and employee engagement as well as HR strategy tracks. All employee, manager and leader training as well as communication material for roadshows will be developed by this team based on Intel current policies and desired NewCo. requirements. Qualifications ï¿½Education : MBA in HR preferred but not mandated (Tier 2-3 MBA will suffice)ï¿½Experience : 5-6 years of experience in HR with some exposure to Merger and Acquisitions, Benefits and policy design, HR Business Partnering and Employee communications ï¿½Excellent written communication skills. ï¿½Ability to work hard and multitask.ï¿½Ability to work with global stakeholders and have independent conversations with senior stakeholders, if needed
