Date: 23-Apr-19 Timeslot: 12 Pm to 5:00 Pm. SPOC: NAvenÂ Incident Management Â L1 Support: Monitoring dashboard, triggering bridge in case of outage, ensure right stakeholder is in call, make a note in the call and communicate to right stakeholder/customer with proper articulation (Good English). Experience 3+ years minimum. Linux Admin Â L3 Support: Managing & maintaining SUSE and Redhat Servers â¢ Managing IBM, Fujitsu and HP HANA appliance servers. â¢ Building/reimages Suse Linux servers in both physical and virtual environment. â¢ Managing Linux virtual machines that are configured in ESX environments. â¢ Providing Level 2 supports to the customers. â¢ Managing the Antivirus environment. â¢ Patching and OS upgrades on Suse / Redhat servers â¢ Exposure on NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP. â¢ Knowledge on SAN or NAS environment. â¢ Knowledge on RAID, LVM. â¢ Knowledge on monitoring tools. Eg: Nagios. â¢ Package Management.. â¢ Exposure on any clusters. â¢ Good understanding of Networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing and Name Resolution. â¢ Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues. â¢ OS Concepts on Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, LDAP, high availability and disaster recovery concepts, Monitoring etc â¢ Added advantage of having the knowledge on public clouds like AWS or GCP or Azure Experience 5+ years minimum for L3 support Experience 3+ years minimum for L2 support
