Position Community Manager Experience 3 years Location Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi Roles and Responsibilities Reports to the cluster manager or chapter manager depending on the seniority and experience Interact with peers, managers, associates across the ecosystem to establish a common ground rules of engagement and operations Collaborate with technology team to establish a system of learning and revising the digital platform obtained from inputs of ecosystem members Help the CMO in establishing the division objectives and targets Process owner for either community, chapter or cluster depending on the experience and seniority Bring in best practices of aggregation, forum, moderations and community interactions Be comfortable writing, blogging Possess general awareness and be at legalese of various business documentation Multiple account and relation management Program management of community, cluster or chapter charters Gather and disseminate business process acumen, awareness and nuances to the various stake holders Stay ahead of the updates, trends, nuances of the ecosystem and platform Awareness and experience in all aspects of startups, companies and finance of local clusters/chapters/community Good understanding of startup, entrepreneurship, IT, healthcare, data sciences and other latest trends as non-technical person Desired Skills Should be highly amiable and project as people person Extremely customer centric Possess usable business communication skills Present collaborative approach to working Good at prioritizing time-critical work Outstanding MS-Office abilities Excellent documenter and learner Strong empathy and leadership abilities Strong organizational and communication skills Collaborative approach to working Be travel ready and available for short trips as needed on business Aware of tools and methods required for community and forum interact ions and management Exposed to crisis management and escalation methods Attention to detail and follow up Presentation, negotiation and analysis abilities Task ownership resulting in ex tending regular working hours in return for work hours flexibility
