About the Job As a Business Development Manager, you will manage sales and relationships with Education providers. What you will do: - Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business, needs, and pain-points. - Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent service. - Planning and overseeing growth strategies and marketing initiatives. Preparing impressive presentations and sales displays. - Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. - Working proactively to create more impact and providing management with daily feedback. What you need to have: - Experience with the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities. - Strong communication skills and IT fluency - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Team player with complete ownership of work.
