The Real Estate team works to simplify the home buying journey by creating seamless customer to real estate agent interaction, and providing customer support throughout the home discovery experience. One of our client’s newer teams, are looking for go getters with strong operational capabilities, business acumen, and a “get stuff done” mentality. In this role, you’ll be managing the support team for our client’s in-house real estate agents. Company looking for an organized leader who is comfortable working in the weeds while operating from a bird’s eye view. Someone who is driven by maintaining and improving successful workflows and hitting consistent metrics. This person will work closely with the Transaction Coordinators to help manage production flow and pipeline management of our clients from acquisition to closing. Responsibilities will include: ● Manage & provide day-to-day system support to our in house agents, pod managers, including resolution of all system related issues ● Help coach and lead new pod managers with a focus on driving production, operational improvement and general support ● Drive new initiatives to help improve our customer experience ● Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures on agent tools, and create employee resource guides for said tools ● Track and maintain licensing requirements of team members and pod managers ● Ensure timely payment of all real estate transactions ● Assist with agent onboarding and daily agent scheduling (. calendar and out of office management) ● Drive data integrity by developing and conducting audits About you: ● Strong communication, organization, problem solving and time management skills. ● Experience in administrative/office management role a plus ● Experience managing a CRM tool a plus ● Capable of learning technology quickly ● Proven demonstrations of improvement and tangible results ● Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a fast-paced environment. ● Collaborate with teams to constantly rethink and improve our processes and agent experience ● Ability to keep up with emerging technologies and updates to existing technologies
