The focus of this role is to drive delivery against commitments spanning our portfolio of video products. Program Management resolves dependencies, works to clear obstacles, and precisely communicates progress against plan. This includes having a strong ability to collaborate across all functions of the company and communicate with peers, outside teams and executive staff. What You’ll Do:Drive strategic and tactical decisions to ensure successful delivery of projects Relentlessly resolve ambiguity with positivity and clear, scalable processesCollaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering regarding product definition, project timeline, feature scope, commitments, and project-related partner across the project, product and subject area boundaries, working with service, marketing, business, engineering and product teams to proactively handle dependencies, define schedules, plans, and drive a change agent: Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to systemically improve how we deliver value to our existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies (processes, tools, etc.)Effectively handle change and risk, collaborating with your colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and projects and coordinate inter-dependencies across product teams from delivery to status and reporting to provide project willingness and openness to different levels in the organization and an agile coach and mentor: Participating in daily agile activities and acting as a trusted advisor to support teams to increase their efficiency and ensuring the right features are crafted and delivered on time with the highest with 3rd party developers to extend the development ecosystem and build and execute on comprehensive roadmap involving both internal and external development is needed to succeed:BE or MBA with minimum of 6+ years’ experience as a Program Manager in software, SaaS and/or related industryScaled Agile Framework experience in a software environmentProven track record to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams, with previous experience of helping them deliver against a backlogShown ability to provide structure and vital process without compromising execution or the needs of the team, customer or productExperience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog and development management is required. Agile, Scrum, and/or other iterative development methodologies focus and ability to use intuition, consumer input and data to rapidly test and validate products and featuresStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage and empower othersExperience managing projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members
