Are you a service-oriented, experienced Account Supervisor used to working in a professional environment? We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to provide exceptional service to a Williams lea client in our Chicago office. Williams Lea provides a range of support services for this law firm. The lead supervisor will lead a team of office services support staff. Williams Lea is hiring an Account Supervisor to work the following shift Monday - Friday 3pm - 12am. i Job duties Shift management of self and team including efficient utilization of resources Process implementation and adherence Periodical audits for process and security compliance Track and monitor performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements) Supervise team members and participate in all office responsibilities Process high volumes of incoming and outgoing mail. Deliver mail and packages throughout the client location, following applicable distribution procedures. Complete large numbers of reprographics requests according to job ticket instructions. Bind, cut, and/or assemble reprographics jobs as necessary. Load copiers with paper and toner as needed. Set-up conference rooms including audio/visual equipment, furniture configuration, and food/beverages as needed. Assist with reception coverage, including managing multiple phone lines and visitor check-in. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. Must have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Must exhibit good communication and writing skills Outstanding customer service and direct client interaction require Job Requirements Minimum high school or equivalent work experience required 2-3 years of previous experience preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues Participate in client communication and meetings Assist with light facilities work and office moves Assist with client social events including planning and execution, facilities and food assistance and ordering, etc Hospitality experience a plus Strong communication skills and writing skills mandatory Inventory and order management of office supplies, food and beverage and housekeeping supplies Oversight of food ordering and inventory, account reconciliation for client bookkeeping Must have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
