Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Job Profile:Must be Google, hub spot certified and expert in digital media buying & planning along with brief:We are looking for a PPC (Pay per click) Manager to run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets for our App. The PPC Manager will be responsible for the entire campaign along with developing, executing ideas and recommending keywords for the website. Also, support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)Key Functional Areas of Responsibility: Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ad Words, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms. Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics. Manage the creation of large keyword lists. Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates. Manage Display network placement lists on Ad Words and through other contextual advertising platforms. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals. Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives. Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives. Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance organization’s goals. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels. Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results. Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet company’s goals. Participate in forming effective paid search strategies Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as a PPC Manager or PPC Specialist. Candidates from mobile applications like (Tiktok, Sharechat etc is more preferred)or OTT platforms. Experience in data analysis and reporting Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts Familiarity with multiple platforms (. Ad Words, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, and Web Trends etc.) Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) Excellent communication skills Analytical thinking with strong math skills Graduate/ expert in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; Ad Words certification is a plus.
