JOB DETAILS Actively maintains and expands client databases in the various segments in the assigned region. Manage the entire new business development pipeline from lead generation, handling initial sales calls, online product demos till closure. Research and plans for Customer calls/demo on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Understand the market, customers and use data to increase individual productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Accurately forecast weekly and monthly customer acquisition and revenue. Create a positive brand image/awareness of 10times and our inbuilt product FLOOR to new prospective clients on the call. Keeps a customer centric approach in sales calls, follows the set protocol with the objective to build long lasting relationships with the customer. Captures Customer success as a case study and shares with the relevant teams. Ensures appropriate hand-overs and seamless transition to post sales teams in a timely manner. Learn and explore new methods on a daily basis to generate high-quality leads and prospects.
