What we're looking for: Summary: Team introduction - Total rewards (TR) consultation team is one of the 3 pillars of the global TR team working closely with Comp Ops & Benefits Ops teams. Currently team members are based out APJ, India, EMEA and US. This role will support the TR Consulting as per the key accountabilities below. The initial focus will be supporting the Engineering and Product Management business areas with respect to compensation initiatives. The role will lead/participate/deliver on benefit plan management for India and some other countries within the Citrix family. The role will also have the opportunity to participate in global comp/benefit projects. Key Accountabilities: The Global Total Reward Consulting team is accountable to: Manage the relationship, drive and support the business and HR team(s) with reward consulting services in terms of implementing the Total Reward strategy, for India. Be the conduit btw business leaders/HR teams and the Compensation and Benefits teams for respective Compensation and Benefit programs and initiatives in dealing with the opportunities and interpretation of the Total Reward Strategy. Specifically with above, the TR Consulting team supports annual activities and events relating to Total Reward Strategy including: Cyclical Compensation/reward review processes Country benefit programs and policies . renewals, enrolment, launches Other Compensation/Benefit programs that supports the business . Equity, Global/Corporate programs and policies Integration / harmonization related activities in all M&A In partnership and collaboration with the broader Reward team, play a key role in driving changes, improvements and maintaining alignment of the Total Reward Strategy to: Support delivery of business objectives; Be aligned to market and be competitively positioned; Remain cost effective; and Align to stakeholder and shareholder interests and values. Key Responsibilities: Compensation - Engineering and Product support – India/globally. Provide support to the lead TR consultant in terms of analysis and project management and delivery. Critically, the role will consult, collaborate and partner with HR colleagues and business leaders as required to deliver on accountabilities. Benefits – India and some countries/plans . across EMEA. Includes benefit plan renewals, updates and communications/promotions with employees. Projects: Support and opportunity to work with and engage on comp/benefit projects with the global TR Consulting, Compensation Management and Benefits Management teams alongside the respective HR teams..
