Team Management - Monitors team performance and productivity, all areas of performance metrics and identify opportunities for development to ensure that standards are met across the board. - Coaches, develops and supports direct reports to maximize individual contribution both to exceed business goals and achieve their full potential and career aspirations. - Managing a team of support engineers, monitors & helps improve individual performance and maintain high morale - Conducts periodic reviews with the team members and helps them in improving performance - The job description of the team members is as follow Functions - Support, providing in-house technical support for hrX Assist and hrX Core > Analysing, prioritizing and resolving faults to resolution. > Resolve tickets according to SLAs and escalation procedures. - Diagnose and resolve software application issues accordingly to available procedures and methodology. - Capacity to understand / analyse a problem and propose resolutions paths. - Ensure accurate documentation is maintained - Proactively keep informed, outside internal training, of latest technology trends Business related Skills -Good infrastructure administration skills integrating networking, systems & monitoring solutions, coupled with software & general IT maintenance skills. -Proven capability of supporting software and application technical problems. -Desired skills > Azure cloud experience > SQL experience > Windows experience Personal skills -Solid verbal and written communication skills in English -Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines -Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision -Ability to work autonomously while having a strong sense of commitment to team and customer -Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills -Be proactive, dynamic and flexible
