Role and Responsibilities Setup & Operate CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, Routing & grooving. Co-ordination with Maintenance team to identify & replace all dull cutting tools and install and all tools for attachment Need to fill the Job card on time & Knowledge in Cycle time calculation. Efficient utilization of resources (OEE) like, manpower & Machine. Need to do Autonomous maintenance (AM) on daily basis. On time availability of raw materials to production Shop Floor as per production plan. Handling good machining practices like KAIZEN, and 5S on Shop floor area to ensure the Quality. Ensure safety measures in the production area. Responsible for maintaining proper housekeeping of his section
