Qualifications, experience and knowledge:
Must have:- 3 to 5 years

• 2 years of relevant Ui Development experience
• Strong experience in React framework
• Good experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ jQery , JSON & XML
• Agile
  Good to have: Retail or Digital experience- Strong communication skills
• 2+ years of experience participating in the delivery of technology services
• A proven ability to learn new applications & technology
• Strong Experience with NodeJS and React Framework
• Understanding of Progressive Enhancement to utilize HTML5/CSS3 when available
• Mobile web development experience, especially Responsive Design
• Working knowledge of cross-browser and platform consistencies/quirks
• Experience with MVC patterned frameworks
• Appropriate tertiary qualification
  Responsibilities :
  Support and drive collaboration (brown bags, sharing, mentoring of staff) across teams
