What you’ll achieve Protect Dell’s brand image by containing escalations to various Dell senior leaders, including Michael Dell and his direct reports. Have high visibility with senior leaders and ensure they are provided updates on their escalations. Develop skills to grow and thrive in this highly agile environment. You will: Manage Executive Level communication on escalated cases. Provides guidance and recommendations that drive results to improve business processes and customer service delivery. (CLCA) Lead cross-functional projects or processes.
