As the Accounts Executive, you will manage all the accounting duties including completing multiple ledger reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and participating in financial month-end closures.ÃÂ As aÃÂ Manger - HR Ops, you will work closely with the HR Team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions and to run the charter of talent engagement and development across the company.ÃÂ What you will do:Managing the HR team and hiring functions including tech, operations, sales, marketing, the various requirements and leading the team to create job descriptions and align suitable HR Policies & compensation, employee engagement, performances, new hiring, orientation and of new employees, grievance handling, managing employee reward & recognition for employee, training & the reporting of employment metrics, reference checks & back ground referral policies & processes and employee strategic direction to end-to-end HR processes and systems and implementing HRIS & PMS vendor and managing for respective HR consistent and effective HR communication across HO and other improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation / Predictive Analytics etc.) to attain process excellence.ÃÂ Candidate Profile:What you need to have:Proven working experience as HR Com/ BMM/ BMS with MBA in Human Resource have managed the entire HR process including recruitment, performance appraisal, HR operations, employee relations, and policy knowledge of HR systems and understanding of labor law and HR best in networking and building communication and team management and creative, having a fresh eye for human to deal sympathetically, yet effectively with well in an entrepreneurial environment that values a hands-on -motivated with a high energy level and ability to adapt to new to work 6 days a week.
