Job Summary

Position Overview

The incumbent will support the configuration, management and triaging of customer security devices, including Next Generation Firewalls and IPS/IDS devices. This role plays a key part of our Global MSS Team and will be relied upon for Security Engineering on our Next-Gen Platform.

Key Accountabilities

Delivering excellent customer service through professional, comprehensive and timely support for the Security Device Management Lifecycle (H&A, Incidents, Change Requests, Upgrades, etc.)

Design and implement complex change requests for global enterprise customers

Experience Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Security Domain

Minimum 2+ years of experience in IDS/IPS technologies like McAfee, Cisco IPS, FireEye etc.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Forescout NAC is a must

Excellent understanding of application layer protocols like HTTPS, SFTP, SSH etc.

Work as part of a 24/7/365 shift pattern
