Technical Support Position Number of positions- 1 Experience 1 Year into software support Qualification Any IT graduate, Post graduate Location Nashik Should be able to plan, design, build, operate, deploy and implement ERP functionalities, facilitate the deployment of standard methods and approaches Use projects best practices and coding standards Coding and unit testing including JUnits. Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture. Remove the technical impediments Provide technical leadership and assume overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all client projects. Ensure solutions are properly architected and specied, ensure quality deliverables. Identify process/technical gaps in the existing implementation and come-up with enhancements to fill those. Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the PM at the project level Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements. Co-ordinate with web developers to successfully manage these client relationships. Basic knowledge of ERP. Has extensive experience delivering IT solutions. Design and Develop Software by, following SOA design and development guidelines, understanding Aptify Framework, following Aptify Best Practices for Coding and Reviewing, following complete SW lifecycle. Lead a Team of Engineers by, helping & mentoring the team technically on SOA, review the work done by the Team, explain the requirement & scope of features to the team, keep an eye on progress of the team. Be a SPOC (Single Point of Contact for a Releases) by, working closely with product owner in defining requirements and providing adequate design approaches, discuss with product owner about scope, keep all the stake holders informed about progress on releases, raise any risks from time to time as seen on the product. Ensuring the team is following the process thoroughly as set by Project Manager, discuss with PM on any deviations from the process, and maintain the various artifacts and dashboards with help of the team. Experience in business process mapping and translating the same to solutions. Experience in leading requirement gathering session and writing process documents. Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development)
