Job Description Responsible for execution of Process Excellence Strategy and deliverables aligning with the company's strategic direction, values and goals in service functions Marketing, finance, supply chain, IT, HR etc. Principal Accountabilities 1. Automated work-flow systems for cross functional processes/ approval process (CAPEX, MC approval process, BOM process, NPD process, Change management, Deviation management etc.) 2. Development & Implementation of Processes & Systems across all functions at . and R & D centre 3. Process Excellence initiatives at . ( 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management etc.) 4. Samurai Lean Six Sigma projects ( Yellow Belt/ Green Belt) - all functions at Operating Network 1. R&D team; 2. Plant quality team; 3. Production team at plant; 4. Finance Team; 5. Procurement team; 6. HR team 7. Vendors, Role Requirements / Specifications - Knowledge of Regulatory & statutory requirements related to product quality & product safety - Knowledge of ISO standards ( ISO 9001, ISO 22000 etc. ) - Knowledge of Chemical testing procedures and composition of related Personal care products - Thorough understanding of quality norms; - Understanding of manufacturing process for the product being manufactured in question Salary Negotiable Industry FMCG / Food / Beverages SubIndustry Food Products Functional Area Operations / Customer Support Specialization Back End Operations Role Asst Manager / Dy.
