Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities: -1. Coordination with Functional heads for the tasks assigned by Reporting Manager, follow up and accomplish through . Coordinate meetings and teleconferences. 3. Plan, coordinate and ensure the Reporting Manager schedule is followed and respected. 4. Provide a "gatekeeper" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Reporting Manager’s time and office. 5. Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Reporting Manager, with Executive team, and others on matters related to Reporting Manager’s priorities. 6. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Reporting Manager including those of a sensitive or confidential nature; determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. 7. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Reporting Manager’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain confidentiality, trust and support with senior management staff. 8. Work closely and effectively with the Reporting Manager to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. 9. Successfully complete deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Reporting Manager’s effective communication across the company. 10. Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. 11. Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings. 12. Maintain availability according to Reporting Manager’s schedule and parallels working hours and efforts. 13. Manage confidential information. 14. Other duties as . Send daily, weekly and month end reports as per formats and schedule.
